Stop TB Partnership
Together with Stop TB Partnership, the Foundation co-funded the 2025 Community Award with US$ 40,000. The award has become the largest cash prize specifically designed for TB communities,
recognising excellence among TB-affected communities and civil society partners in advancing a human rights-based, gender-sensitive TB response.
Stop TB Partnership is a collective force, transforming the fight against TB globally. Through the Partnership’s Secretariat and in collaboration with all partners, it promotes a clear identity for the TB community and high-level engagement and representation.
The 2025 award ceremony was held at a special session at the Union World Conference on Lung Health in Copenhagen and aimed to celebrate organisations that have shown extraordinary resilience in "Keeping the Lights On and Providing Critical TB Services to People with TB."

The award was formally presented by New York Times bestselling author John Green and Her Excellency Dr. Claudiana Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, First Lady of Lagos State & Lagos State Stop TB Champion, who honoured the recipients and celebrated the vital role of community-driven TB work.
Stop TB Partnership also expressed sincere gratitude to the Humana People to People Foundation for their continued partnership and support, which makes this award — and the recognition of these community champions — possible.
